Abstract:Agile transformations are very difficult and time-consuming. Many organizations ask Agile coaches for help and guidance. During this transformation, the Agile coaches take the lead and put an Agile structure to support business agility. However, when the agile coaches leave, the organization tends to fall back on old habits.
In an interactive session, I will share my experience on how to cultivate an Agile transformation and make Agile coaches obsolete. This is based on real-life example, in which I was the Agile Coach.
