Abstract: Whether you're a learner, a practitioner or an experienced facilitator, sometimes you need a new trick up your sleeve to help draw out sensitive issues in a light hearted manner. This retrospective format is super low effort, incredible amounts of fun, and surprisingly effective at mediating sensitive discussions, such as cultural norms or differences in workplace behaviours and customs. But the activity can just as easily be used as a great team building or ice breaking exercise!
